摘    要:针对目前铁路扣件紧固状态快速智能检测手段的不足,基于射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术开展扣件紧固状态检测系统研发。通过对RFID供能传输方式和扣件紧固状态传感器的设计开发,构建全新的扣件紧固状态快速检测系统,并根据现场需要分别提出便携式采集设备方案和车载式采集设备方案。该系统现场无需布置电源线和数据线,可以实现20 km/h速度下的扣件紧固状态快速检测,检测量程为0~20 kN,检测精度为5 N,可对检测数据进行评估和对报警信息予以多级发布。与传统人工检测方式相比,该系统具有检测速度快、检测精度高、数据可靠、安装便捷等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortage of fast and intelligent detection methods for tightening state of railway fastener,the research and development on tightening state detection system of railway fastener was carried out based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology.Through the design and development of RFID energy supply transmission mode and fastener tightening state sensor,a new fast detection system of fastener tightening state was constructed.According to the needs of the site,the schemes of portable readout equipment and the vehicle mounted readout equipment were put forward.The system does not need to arrange power cord and data cable on site,and can realize fast detection of fastener tightening state at the speed of 20 km/h,with a detection range of 0~20 kN and a detection accuracy of 5 N.It can evaluate the detection data and release the alarm information at multiple levels.Compared with the traditional manual detection,the system has the advantages of fast detection speed,high detection accuracy,reliable data,convenient installation and so on.
