摘    要:提出了适用于40 t轴重铁路18号道岔的设计原则与技术指标。新型重载铁路道岔采用68 kg/m钢轨制造,道岔全长69 m,前长31 729 mm,后长37 971 mm。平面线型采用相离量24 mm、半径1 100 m的单圆曲线,仿真分析显示该线型动力学性能良好,曲线尖轨具有较好的耐磨性能;尖轨采用60AT1钢轨制造,曲线尖轨为"直曲组合型",直线段长度7 276 mm,直曲尖轨采用刨切基本轨加厚尖轨技术。辙叉采用可动心轨辙叉,翼轨采用TY钢轨、心轨采用60AT1钢轨制造,直向不设护轨,侧向增设一段护轨,用于保护叉跟尖轨的薄弱断面;尖轨、长心轨、翼轨通过锻压与68 kg/m钢轨顺接。

Abstract:The design principle and technical index of No.18 turnout for 40t axle load railway were put forward in this paper.The new type of heavy haul railway turnout is made of 68 kg/m rail,with a total length of 69 m,a front length of 31 729 mm and a rear length of 37 971 mm.The plane layout adopts a single circular curve with a distance of 24 mm and a radius of 1 100 m.The simulation analysis shows that the dynamic performance of the layout is good and the curve switch rail has good wear resistance.The switch rail is made of 60 AT1 rail,and the curve switch rail is of "straightcurved combined type",with a straight section length of 7 276 mm.The straight-curved switch rail adopts the technology of slicing the stock rail and thickening the switch rail.The frog is made of movable point rail frog,the wing rail is made of TY rail and the point rail is made of 60 ATI rail.There is no guard rail in the straight direction,and a section of guard rail is added in the lateral direction to protect the weak section of heel switch rail.Switch rail,long point rail and wing rail are connected with 68 kg/m rail by forging.
