摘    要:为主动管控轨道板上拱病害,依据分布式光纤传感技术特点,从光纤布设、监测设备、监测系统集成等方面,提出了轨道板上拱监测技术方案,并通过实尺模型试验验证了方案的可行性。试验结果表明:在模拟轨道板上拱的过程中,光纤的对应点位信号变化显著;圆形光缆应变波形稳定,能更好地满足方案设计要求;轨道板上拱位移与光纤应变测量结果存在线性关系,拟合推算的上拱位移误差较小,为后期投入现场运营提供了支撑。

Abstract:In order to actively control the upwarp disease of track slab,according to the technical characteristics of distributed optical fiber sensing,the upwarp monitoring technical scheme of track slab was studied and proposed from the aspects of optical fiber layout,monitoring equipment and monitoring system integration,then the feasibility of the scheme was verified by the full scale model test.The test results show that the corresponding point signal of the fiber changes significantly during the simulated process of track slab upwarp.Strain waveform of circular cable is stable,which better meets the design requirements of the scheme.There is a linear relationship between the upwarp displacement of the track slab and the measurement result of fiber strain.The error of the upwarp displacement calculated by the fitting method is small,which can provide support for later on-site operation.
