铁路货车轮对在线综合检测系统研究

摘    要:针对重载铁路车辆轮对磨耗随重载和提速的发展日趋严重问题,提出构建铁路货车轮对在线综合检测系统。系统能够在线自动检测车辆的轮对尺寸和踏面擦伤,获得轮对尺寸参数及踏面擦伤和图像预警信息。对系统组成和功能、综合检测算法及环境适应性等方面进行分析,加入仿射算法补偿检测精度,通过磨耗预测算法模型及数据融合判别算法研究,提升系统可靠性、准确性、预见性及综合性。系统可实现轮对故障的提前预警,以期为维修人员进行轮对维护和检修提供有效信息支持和决策参考。

Abstract:In view of the increasingly serious wear of wheelsets of heavy haul railway vehicles with the development of heavy haul and speed increase,this paper puts forward the construction of the on-line comprehensive inspection system for wheelsets of railway freight cars.The system can automatically detect the wheelset size and tread slid flat on line,and generate the wheelset size parameters as well as the tread slid flat and image warning information.The composition and function of the system,comprehensive inspection algorithm and environmental adaptability are analyzed,the affine algorithm is added to compensate the inspection accuracy,and the wear prediction algorithm model and data fusion discrimination algorithm are studied to improve the reliability,accuracy,predictability and comprehensiveness of the system.The system can realize early warning of wheelset failure,aiming to provide effective information support and decision-making reference for maintenance personnel to carry out wheelset maintenance and repair.
