摘    要:我国铁路通过大力开展自主创新,在关键技术上开展了技术经济系统论证、推进科学研究和技术创新、建立和完善技术体系、制定技术标准及规程、开展科学试验验证、实施提速改造工程、推进装备现代化、组织提速牵引试验和运行模拟验证8个方面的攻关,成功实施了第六次大面积提速,列车运行最高速度则达250km/h。在此基础上,通过技术创新、试验验证、工程实践和推广应用,初步形成了有中国特色和世界水平的客运专线技术体系。

Abstract:Focusing on two key tasks as PDL construction and speed-up of existing lines, China Railways has vigorously developed in-dependent innovation and been dedicated to tackling the following eight technical issues:systematic argumentation of key technologies in terms of technology and economy, advancing scientifi cresearch and technical innovation, establishing and improving technical system, formulating technical standard and regulations, conducting scientif ic experiments and verif ication, carrying out speed-up projects, pushing forward equipment modernization, organizing traction experiment and verif ication of operation simulation on speed-up lines. In addition, CR has made remarkable and innovative achievements in eight aspects, i.e. whole set of technologies, EMU technologies, train operation control, communication, CTC, permanent way, traction and power supply as well as train aerodynamic performance, all those preliminarily form a PDL system with Chinese characteristics and world leading level.
