摘    要:针对目前计划内接触网停电时电力机车进入无电单元(区)的问题,提出了基于动态停电作业区域数据对比库语音、屏幕鼠标点击坐标和高清成像分析进行“三元素二阶段”处理对比方法,以减少人员操作失误和损失。机车/车次信息及对应机车属性先由操作人员办理接发列预告(办理闭塞)的语音识别获取,再通过TDCS/CTC终端机非上位机获取并核对机车/车次信息及对应机车属性信息,第1阶段获取排列列车进路及调车进路口呼内容语音识别所关联的设备名称与无电单元(区)信息进行对比,此步可以预防错误操作;第2阶段可获取屏幕鼠标点击坐标对应的设备名称、并通过高清成像分析计算机联锁界面上已排列好的进路光带所包含的设备名称,进行对比后,报警提示改正错误操作即取消进路操作。通过以上方法能有效防止电力机车进入无电单元(区),可为铁路现场相关业务领域提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the misoperation of electric locomotives’access to neutral unit(zone)during the planned power failure of overhead contact line system at present,this paper puts forward a processing contrast method of“three elements and two stages”based on the voice,screen mouse-click coordinates and high-definition imaging analysis of data comparison database with respect to the dynamic power failure operation area,so as to reduce the errors of personnel operation and losses.The locomotive/train number and its attributes are acquired by the operator through voice recognition on the advance notice(blocking)of train reception and departure,then the locomotive/train number and its attribute information are acquired and checked by the non-upper computer of TDCS/CTC terminal.In the first stage,the equipment names associated with the voice recognition on the call contents of the arranged train route and shunting route are acquired and compared with the information of neutral unit(zone),which can prevent faulty operation;in the second stage,the equipment names corresponding to the screen mouse-click coordinates can be acquired,and the equipment names included in the light strip of the arranged route on the computer interlocking interface can be analyzed through high-definition imaging.After comparison,alarm will prompt to correct the faulty operation,that is,to cancel a route operation.With the above methods,electric locomotives can be effectively prevented from entering the neutral zone(network),which can be used as a reference for related business fields at railway site.
