摘    要:针对铁路沿线分布区域较广、地质环境复杂、无法及时获取沿线环境及违建物信息等情况,综合利用倾斜摄影等新技术手段,设计开发京张高铁三维实景系统。与传统的遥感卫星影像等展示方式相比,该系统能准确、完整地表达铁路沿线及周边各类建筑物,并将铁路建设期、竣工验收期及运营期的资料、数据进行集中式管理。该系统的应用实现了运维人员对高铁沿线设备设施及防灾监测数据的调取查看、违建物的智能提取,有效降低日常巡检的工作强度。

Abstract:In view of the wide distribution along the railway, complex geological environment, and the inability to have knowledge about the surrounding environment and illegal buildings condition in time, a 3 D real scene system of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway is designed and developed by comprehensive utilization of new technologies such as oblique photography. Compared with traditional remote sensing satellite images, the system can accurately and completely present all kinds of buildings along and around the railway, and manage the information and data of railway construction period, completion acceptance period and operation period in a centralized way. The application of this system realizes the retrieval and view of equipment and facilities and disaster prevention monitoring data along the railway by maintenance personnel in the work area, as well as the intelligent extraction of illegal buildings along the railway, which effectively reduces the work intensity of routine railway inspection.
