| 摘 要： | 在对现有铁路统计信息系统的主要功能、数据流向、层次结构和存在问题进行认真分析后,结合铁路运输生产经营和发展的战略目标《,铁路统计信息化规划》提出,以服务运输生产组织、客货营销和经营管理,满足运输管理体制改革不断深化的需求为目标,至2020年,建成技术先进、标准统一、功能完善、结构合理、经济适用、安全可靠、具有国际先进水平的铁路统计信息系统,并据此目标,制定铁路统计信息化体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of major functions, data moving direction, structure, and existing problems of railway statistic information system, combined with the strategic target of railway transport producing operation and development, it is put forward in Railway Statistic Informationization Program that, aiming at transport organization service, passenger and freight transport marketing and management, and requirements of the deepening reform of transport management system, till the year 2020, we shall set up reliable railway statistic information system at international advanced level with advance technology, coherent standard, perfect function, and reasonable structure. And railway statistic informationization system is worked out according to this target. |
