| 摘 要： | 肯尼亚蒙内铁路作为"一带一路"先期收获项目,在项目建设和开通运营过程中使用的是国产铁路物资装备开展工程建设、国产机车车辆和装备进行线路运营维护。在政策支持、投融资落地、设计引领、企业合作、建立品牌、产业结合、技术培训、服务支持和风险控制九个方面,总结了蒙内铁路带动国产物资装备"走出去"的具体方法,提出了海外新建铁路项目带动国产铁路物资装备"走出去"的主要策略。

| Abstract: | The Mombasa-Nairobi Railway,one of first batch B&R projects,used homemade materials,locomotive&rolling stock and equipment for construction,operation and maintenance.The paper expounds how the homemade materials and equipment go global in this project from 9 aspects:political support,investment and financing,design guidance,enterprise cooperation,brand building,industrial combination,technical training,service support and risk control,and concludes the key go-global strategies for homemade railway materials and equipment during the construction of oversea railway projects. |
