摘    要:温度荷载是无砟轨道的主要荷载之一,大幅度的温度变化会破坏轨道结构整体性,削弱其耐久性进而危及列车行车安全。无砟轨道温度场监测是预防整治温度病害的关键,而传统的轨道温度监测方法需要布设大量的传感器,成本较高。为实现低成本的无砟轨道温度场监测,基于前期无砟轨道温度场的研究,开发了无砟轨道温度监测与预警系统。该系统依据气象资料、线路方位、地形地貌等信息可计算和预测无砟轨道的温度场。经无砟轨道温度场长期观测试验验证,该系统可作为无砟轨道温度场监测的可靠工具。

Abstract:As one of the main types of loading borne by ballastless track,temperature – in case of violent fluctuations – exerts profound impact on the integrity and durability of the track structure,as well as on the operation safety of trains.The monitoring of temperature field of ballastless track holds the key to the prevention and treatment of temperature-induced hazards.However,the traditional approach of temperature monitoring involves a large amount of sensors and significant investment.In this sense,the paper builds on the existing research results on the temperature field of ballastless track and develops a temperature monitoring and earlywarning system accordingly in an efforts to lower the monitoring costs.By drawing on relevant data-the meteorological data,track alignment,landform and terrain alike,the system can calculate and predict the temperature field of the ballastless track,which has already been verified amid the long-term monitoring and testing.Therefore,the system presents a reliable tool for the monitoring of temperature field of ballastless track.
