地铁屏蔽门有限元分析

摘    要:以某型地铁屏蔽门为研究对象,建立了地铁屏蔽门结构的有限元模型,并应用有限元分析软件Patran建立屏蔽门的有限元模型,对屏蔽门进行结构静力分析,计算该屏蔽门结构在弯曲工况下的刚度、强度,并对计算结果进行评价,结果表明屏蔽门结构的整体刚度、强度均满足使用要求,结构应力在材料的屈服极限以内,通过分析得到了静态下的最大应力与最大变形,并且与设计要求进行对比,为屏蔽门的优化设计与制造提供理论依据。

Abstract:Taking a metro station for the metro platform screen door study, finite element model of screen doors structure is set up, by using the finite element analysis software Patran to build finite element model for screen doors static structural analysis in order to calculate the stiffness and strength of screen door structure in the bending condition, and the calculated results are evaluated. The results show that the overall stiffness and strength of screen doors structure to meet the requirements, and structural stresses are less than the yield limit of the material, the analysis has been got maximum stress and maximum deformation in static condition, and it is compared with the design requirements which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of design and manufacturing of platform screen doors.
