关于构建环首都经济圈城际铁路网的研究

近年来，随着我国经济发展的突飞猛进和社会进步的日新月异，经济全球化和区域经济一体化已成为必然趋势，新经济形势下对区域经济的统一规划布局、生产力配置，统一开发、调配区域资源提出了更高的要求。环首都经济圈的建设和发展将成为中国经济增长的第三极，随之而来的便是完善环首都经济圈城市群之间的综合交通运输体系，实现城市群之间交通一体化。对国内的城际铁路发展现状及其对都市经济圈发展的促进进行了简要的分析，阐述了城际铁路对构建环首都经济圈发展的重要作用。

Study on Building lntercity Railway Network for Beijing Economic Circles

With China＇s rapid economic development and social progress, it puts forward higher requirements under the new economic situation on the regional economy unified planning, productivity configuration, unified development and deployment of regional resources. The construction of Beijing economic circle will be the third pole for China＇s economic growth. What comes next is further improving Beijing economic circle between urban agglomeration integrating transportation system. Domestic intercity railway situation and its impact on urban econonlic circle to promote development is briefly analyzed. The paper elaborates the important role of intercity railway construction for Beijing economic circle development.
