摘    要:对灌浆材料进行了系列研究,研制出一种自密实早强灌浆材料,该材料具有自流平、自密实特点,对钢筋无锈蚀作用,微膨胀、不泌水、耐久性能好。凝结时间可调整控制在0.5~12 h,能够满足5~35℃温度条件下的施工,早期强度发展迅速,24 h强度可达到42MPa,后期强度不倒缩,56天强度可达70.0 MPa。该成果在北京地铁15号线宋家庄站得到成功应用,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Study and Application of The Grouting Material for Underground Engineering Self-compacting and Fast Hard Anchor Cable

Abstract:The grouting materials are studied systematically,and a densely early strength grout material has been developed.The material has selfleveling,self compacting characteristics,no rust on the steel reinforcement,micro-swelling,no seeping and good durability.Condensation time can be adjusted and controlled in 0.5 ~ 12 h,and it meets the requirement of construction temperature conditions of 5 ~ 35 ℃.The rapid development of early strength makes the strength in 24 h reaching 42 MPa,and the late strength has no retraction,strength in 56 day remains up to 70.0 MPa.The achievement has been successfully applied in Songjiazhuang Station of the Beijing Subway Line 15,generating good economic and social benefits.
