| 摘 要： | 全电脑三臂凿岩台车作为隧道机械化施工的重要机械设备已在隧道施工中获得广泛应用。文章以某高铁隧道机械化施工为例,从三臂凿岩台车的功能、施工工艺、施工控制重点及功效对比等方面系统阐述全电脑三臂凿岩台车施工技术,通过与传统施工技术进行对比,总结全电脑三臂凿岩台车在隧道机械化施工中所起到的重要作用及适用范围,提出全电脑三臂凿岩台车的智能化发展建议。

| Abstract: | As one of the important machinery and equipment for tunneling mechanization,the fully computerized three-arm jumbo drill has been widely used in tunnel construction.This paper takes the mechanized construction of a high-speed railway tunnel as an example,and describes the construction technology of fully computerized three-arm jumbo drill in terms of its functions,construction process,construction control focus and efficacy comparison,etc.Through comparison with traditional construction technology,the paper summarizes the important role and application scope of fully computerized three-arm jumbo drill in tunneling mechanization construction and proposes the intelligent development of fully computerized three-arm jumbo drill. |
