我国城市轨道交通安全评估体系的探讨

城市轨道交通由于系统复杂且牵涉面广,无论是建设期还是运营期都面临着安全风险,成为社会普遍关注的焦点。如何保障城市轨道交通安全,已成为政府主管部门和城市轨道交通各相关参与方共同重视的问题。通过对国外城市轨道交通安全评估及国内现状的研究,发现了目前国内城市轨道安全评估开展中存在的问题,针对这些问题,对我国城市轨道交通安全评估的必要性、安全评估体系的建立、安全评估的范围和内容等进行了探讨,并提出了相关建议。

Discussion on Urban Rail Transit Safety Assessment System in China

Due to the complex system of urban rail transit and involved in a wide range, and during both the construction period or operation period, it is facing a safety risk, having become the general locus of＂ the society. How to guarantee the safety of urban rail transit system has become the common attention of the government, the related departments of transit and all the related parties. Through study on present situation concerning evaluation of urban rail transit safety in other countries and in China, the paper has identified current problems in existing urban rail safety assessment in China. Aiming at these problems, the paper discusses the necessity, safety assessment system, the scope and content of safety assessment in China＇s urban rail transit safety assessment and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
