土压平衡盾构用泡沫剂研究

摘    要:文章根据土压平衡盾构遂道施工中土体改良的技术要求,进行盾构用泡沫剂新配方的研究。研究中,经配方优选、在不同浓度下进行发泡、性能对比测试发现,发泡倍数和泡沫半衰期随泡沫剂浓度的提高而增加,泡沫剂浓度在1%~3%范围内,发泡倍数和泡沫半衰期随浓度变化最大,浓度大于3%后逐渐趋缓。新的泡沫剂在相同浓度下,发泡倍数和泡沫半衰期均优于国外产品。

Abstract:In accordance with the technical requirements of soil body improvement in the earth pressure balance shield(EPBS) tunneling construction, the paper conducts research on new shield foam formulations. In the studies, the formulation is preferably selected and is foaming at different concentrations for performance comparison and test fi nd that the foam expansion ratio and a foam half-life increase with increasing concentration. When the concentration of foaming agent is in the range of 1% to 3%, and foaming ratio and foam half-life have the biggest change, and the concentration gradually slows down after the concentration is greater than 3%. When the new foaming agent is at the same concentration, the foaming ratio and foam half-life are better than foreign products.
