摘    要:对带LC滤波器的变频器超速试验故障停机时造成功率器件损坏的原因进行了仿真分析,并进行了试验验证。结合仿真分析和试验结果,对异步电机与滤波电容之间的自激进行了理论分析,提出了超速区切除滤波电容的系统设计方案。仿真和试验结果均表明该方案可行。

Abstract:Owing to the phenomenon that the converter with LC filter has been suffered fault shut-down in overspeed test and then resulted in damage of power devices, the simulation analysis and experimental verification were both carried out. Combing simulation and experimental results, the theoretical analysis of self-excitation between asynchronous and filter capacitor was completed, and the system design to remove the filter capacitor in overspeed region was proposed. Simulation and experiment results show that the scheme is feasible.
