摘    要:在大功率光伏并网逆变器的设计中,由于系统具有电压低和电流大的特点,IGBT并联技术受到了广泛重视。文章在深入分析IGBT并联技术的基础上,提出了250kW光伏并网逆变器的系统设计方案,并详细介绍了其主电路参数设计和系统控制方法。实验结果表明,该逆变器设计合理、运行可靠,具有广阔的应用前景。
