光伏并网逆变器IGBT关断浪涌电压抑制与预测保护研究

摘    要:分析了光伏并网逆变器IGBT关断浪涌电压的产生机理,并对低寄生电感的复合母排设计方法进行了说明,最后给出了IGBT关断浪涌电压吸收电路与浪涌过压预测保护电路的设计方法。实际应用表明,该方法对于降低IGBT的过电压损坏风险起到较好的作用。

Abstract:It analyzed the generation mechanism of surge voltage during IGBT switching-off in inverter, illustrated the design method of laminated bus-bar for low parasitic inductance, and put forward the design methods of absorption circuit for switching-off surge voltage and the over-voltage prediction protection of IGBT. The practical application shows that this method plays a significant role for reducing the damage risk of IGBT over-voltage.
