载波移相控制级联十一电平变频器的仿真研究

摘    要:级联多电平高压大容量变流器已广泛应用于大型变频传动和电力系统,其各种拓扑结构和控制策略是研究的热点。文章对级联十一电平的电路结构和工作原理进行了介绍,用Matlab/Simulink软件在载波水平移相控制方式下进行系统仿真,并分析了输出电压波形和谐波成分。

Abstract:Cascaded multi-level with high voltage and large capacity converter is widely used in large-scale variable frequency driven system and power system. Its various topologies and control strategies are regarded as a hot point. The topology structure and working principle of the cascaded eleven levels are presented. The system simulation is carried out by Matlab / Simulink under the carrier phase-shifting control strategy. Besides, the output voltage waveform and harmonic components are analyzed.
