摘    要:2020年初的新冠肺炎疫情对供应链上下游企业影响的波及,导致全社会货运量均受到不同程度的影响。在分析疫情对铁路货运量的影响基础上,针对货运总体需求下降、运输组织效率有待提高、营销激励机制有待加强等问题,通过畅通信息渠道、快速应对市场需求变化、建立“互利共赢”合作机制促进企业复工复产,通过加强运输组织、优化货运产品结构提高运输组织效率,通过优化服务流程、合理运用价格策略、完善营销激励机制健全营销服务机制,为铁路实现货运增量、积极应对疫情防控等社会重大突发事件提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 at the beginning of 2020,enterprises at the upstream and downstream of the supply chain have been affected,which caused freight volume to decrease to some extent.This paper analyses the impact of COVID-19 on railway freight transport.Aiming at the problems of decreased freight transport demand,low transportation organization efficiency,and weak marketing incentive mechanism,the countermeasures of unblocking information channels,integrating into the supply demand chain,and establishing a"mutual benefit and win-win"cooperation mechanism are put forward to promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises.Measures such as strengthening transportation organization and optimizing the structure of freight transport products are proposed to elevate transportation organization efficiency.Measures of optimizing service processes,rationally adopting fare strategies,and improving marketing incentives and marketing service mechanism are brought forward to provide a reference for railway to elevate freight transport volume and actively respond to major social emergencies such as epidemic prevention and control.
