京津冀地区铁路物流资源开发的SWOT分析及对策

摘    要:在国家京津冀协同发展战略背景下,为保障京津冀地区重点物资及民生运输,推动京津冀地区铁路物流发展,采用SWOT分析法,在阐述京津冀地区铁路物流资源开发的内部优势及内部劣势、外部机遇及面临挑战的基础上,探索利用自身优势和外部机遇,规避或克服自身劣势和竞争威胁的对策,为进一步挖掘京津冀地区铁路物流资源潜力、充分发挥铁路低碳环保优势、打赢京津冀地区蓝天保卫战、提升京津冀地区物流发展整体水平、推进国家京津冀协同发展战略实施提供决策参考。

Abstract:The government is implementing a coordinated development strategy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Thus it is important to promote the railway logistic development and ensure the transportation of key materials and other goods concerning people’s livelihood in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.SWOT method was used to illustrate the strength,weakness,opportunity,and threat of railway logistic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The strategies of using internal strength and opportunity,avoiding and overcoming the internal weakness and the threat from competitors were proposed from 4 aspects of SO,ST,WO and WT,in order to further explore the potential of railway logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,give full play to the railway’s advantages of low-carbon environmental protection,win the blue sky campaign in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,promote the overall logistic development,and provide decision-making reference for facilitating Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
