摘    要:分析冶金缺陷和疲劳缺陷使机车整体车轮产生掉块或崩裂的原理,分别介绍新制整体车轮超声波探伤和在役整体车轮超声波探伤的方法及存在的问题,指出新制车轮和在役车轮探伤时应注意的事项。

Abstract:The principle that metallurgical defect and fatigue defect cause locomotive solid wheel bursting and lump-falling is analyzed.The ultrasonic flaw detection methods used for newly manufactured solid locomotive wheel and in-use locomotive wheel are introduced respectively,as well as the problems.The items that should be taken care in the course of flaw detection of newly manufactured solid locomotive wheel and in-use locomotive wheel are pointed out.
