弓网运行故障图像采集处理系统

摘    要:为了更加直接的记录,处理弓网故障,再现故障发生现场,保障机车的运行安全,设计了弓网图像采集系统。该系统根据弓网检测单元提供的故障信息,自动截取故障发生前后几秒的图像,然后通过GPRS实时的发送到地面服务器,通过地面分析软件,可观察故障发生的整个过程。

Abstract:When electric locomotive run in a high speed, the contacting connection between pantograph and cate- nary affect the security of operating locomotive , which must to be watched. To register directly, deal with catenary system trouble, renew the local of trouble, ensure the security of operating locomotive, the image collection system for pantograph and catenary is designed. According to the trouble information coming from the detecting cell of pantograph and catenary system, this system automatically intercepts image before or after the trouble over a few seconds, then transmit to server on ground in real time through GPRS to observe the whole process Of generated trouble in analyse software.
