机车车辆轮对内距尺检定装置计量比对

摘    要:在阐述计量比对定义基础上,分别从比对实验室、比对项目和方法、比对路线和时间安排、传递装置、比对试验过程、参考值及其测量不确定度、参比实验室结果报告共7个方面,论述机车车辆轮对内距尺检定装置的计量比对方案。通过处理计量比对结果,分析个别参比实验室比对结果未达到合理预期的原因,提出建议,为进一步保障内距尺量值传递的准确可靠奠定基础。

Abstract:On the basis of explaining the definition of comparison,this paper discusses the measurement comparison scheme of the calibration device for the distance between inside rim faces of wheels from the following seven aspects:comparison laboratory,comparison item and method,comparison route and time arrangement,transfer device,compar?ison test process,reference value and its measurement uncertainty,and reference laboratory result report.By process?ing the comparison results,the reasons why the comparison results of some reference laboratories did not reach reason?able expectations were analyzed.Suggestions are raised,which lay a foundation for further ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the transmission of the distance scale value.
