三轴转向架疲劳试验支撑方式研究

摘    要:分析三轴转向架疲劳试验中只采用弹簧支撑方式的不足,提出中间弹簧支撑、间隙刚性支撑、协调刚度支撑、中间轴协调加载4种支撑方式,介绍各支撑方式的特点。并通过试验验证,中间轴协调加载方式能够较好地满足转向架疲劳试验的要求。

Abstract:The authors analyze the disadvantage of the full spring support in three-axle bogie test,and give four ideas of support methods,including middle spring support,middle cylinder gap support,corresponded spring support and middle actort support,introduce the characters of each of the four support methods.At last,the authors suggest that the middle actort support is the best way after the experimental test.
