| 摘 要： | GB/T21562—2008《轨道交通可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性规范及示例》,等同采用于国际电工委员会的标准IEC62278：2002。该标准是有效保障轨道交通安全、高效运行的基础技术之一。通过贯彻执行该标准,可以有效提高轨道交通系统的可靠性与安全性。为此,从学术和应用的角度,分析研究该标准中的若干问题,为该标准的应用提供部分基础。

| Abstract: | GB/T 21562—2008＂Railway Applications——Specification and Demonstration of Reliability,Availability,Maintainability and Safety＂is the same as IEC 62278：2002 of IEC.This standard is on the fundamental techniques used to effectively ensure the safe and efficient operation of rail transport.Implementation of this standard can significantly improve the reliability and safety of rail transport system.Therefore,the authors analyze some problems in this standard from the aspects of academics and application,to supply some basis for the application of this standard. |
