介绍日本、美国、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国家近10余年来钢轨标准的制定和修订情况。详细分析欧洲、美国等在钢轨的断面、钢种、钢中有害元素及非金属夹杂物指标方面发生的变化。重点阐述我国钢轨标准近年来的制定和修订过程,我国铁路用钢轨的标准体系及其与欧洲钢轨标准的不同点。从长期对国外钢轨标准跟踪研究中获得了有益的启示,提出构建我国钢轨及相关标准体系、钢轨轨头廓形优化、新钢种研发的一些建议。

Review of the Modifications of Domestic and Foreign Rail Standards

The authors introduce the formulation and modification of rail standards in Europe, Japan, USA, Australia, Russia, etc happened in the past 10 years around, analyze in detail the changes of the indexes on the rail section, steel type, the harmful elements and non-metallic impurities in steel, etc. The paper emphasizes on the formulation and modification process of China standards on rail in the recent years, the system of China standards on rail used in railway industry and the difference between China standards and European standards. Some useful inspirations are gained after tracking and studying foreign rail standards for a long time, the authors give suggestions on establishing the system of China rail and related standards, the optimization of rail head shape, the R＆D of new types of steel.
