摘    要:我国新建铁路中大量采用预应力混凝土简支箱梁结构。在预应力梁施工过程中,是否能够准确施加预应力,将直接影响到梁体的抗裂性能和后期徐变上拱的控制。因此,施工时应严格控制预应力管道的定位和成孔工艺。介绍预应力管道摩阻的试验原理和方法,分析客运专线32m简支箱梁的管道摩阻测试结果,结论可为铁路简支箱梁预应力管道的施工控制提供参考。

Abstract:Prestressed concrete simply supported box girders are used extensively in newly-built railways in China.It is very important to apply the prestressing force exactly on the prestressed concrete beams in construction stage,which directly affects the crack resistance of beams and the control of the creep deformation.Therefore,the location and pore-forming process during the construction of tendon ducts should be strictly controlled.The test principle and methodology are introduced in the paper,Results of tendon duck friction loss are analyzed about simply supported beams of 32m span.The conclusions could be a reference to the construction of railway prestressed concrete simply supported box girders.
