摘    要:为满足列车提速后轴温探测及热轴预报的要求,由中国空间技术研究院北京康拓科技开发总公司开发了HBDS-III型红外热轴探测系统。本文介绍了该系统所采用的光子探头技术、自适应轴温计算技术、异常波形处理和系统自检软件。该系统已在京沪、京广、京九、沈大等主要铁路干线上应用。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of hot box detection for high speed trains, a HBDS-III hot box detection system has been developed. This paper introduces the CMT-detector technique, adaptive temperature measurement, abnormal wave treatment and system self-check . The system has been applied on the main railway lines in China, such as the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Shenyang-Dalian Railway.
