U71Mn钢轨焊缝处核伤扩展寿命的估算

摘    要:根据包兰线银川段U71Mn 50kg/m钢轨运营情况,在应力比R为0.1、0.5条件下对钢轨轨头焊缝处材料进行三点弯曲疲劳裂纹扩展速率测试。采用七点递增多项式法进行回归分析,得出其裂纹扩展速率材料常数C和m。按照50kg/m钢轨实际尺寸建立模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算其轨顶动弯应力,并根据Paris公式对焊缝处钢轨进行使用寿命估算。相同运营情况下,若核伤由可探测范围(核伤直径不小于10mm)扩展至核伤面积占轨头面积的30%,则应力比为0.1时,容许通过总质量不超过8.65Mt,运营时间不超过87d;应力比为0.5时,容许通过总质量不超过6.28Mt,运营时间不超过63d。研究成果可为确定线路探伤周期和正确评价钢轨运营现状提供依据。
