摘    要:随着“一带一路”倡议深入施行,中欧班列逐步发展为亚欧大陆上国际铁路运输通道的重要载体。然而,部分班列线路始发城市相近、终到城市相同、运输路径重叠,存在相似性与可替代性,致使班列线路同质化竞争问题出现。针对中欧班列线路同质化竞争问题,结合货物的时间价值特性,提出中欧班列服务网络概念,在此基础上构建综合成本最小的中欧班列服务网络设计模型,最后基于中欧班列西通道运输网络设计算例研究,利用遗传算法求解出货物时间价值差异下对应的中欧班列服务网络,有效缓和中欧班列线路同质化竞争问题,降低综合运输成本。计算结果验证了模型与算法的有效性。

Abstract:With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,the CHINA RAILWAY(CR)Express has gradually developed into an important carrier for the international railway transportation corridor on the Eurasian continent.However,some of the train lines are similar in origin or destination,with overlapping transportation routes,resulting in the problem of homogeneous competition of CR Express caused by similarity and substitutability of the routes.In order to solve the homogeneous competition of CR Express,based on the concept of CR Express service network and the characteristics of the time value of goods,the service network design model for CR Express with the minimum integrated cost as the objective was established,and the Optimized Genetic Algorithm was designed for solving the model.Based on the case study of the transportation network design of the western corridor of CR Express,the genetic algorithm was used to obtain the corresponding CR Express service network,under the time value difference of goods,which effectively alleviated the homogeneous competition problem and reduced the integrated transport cost of CR Express at the same time.The results verify the validity of the models and algorithms.
