摘    要:作为自然计算的新分支,膜计算是当前计算机科学、数学、生物学和人工智能等多学科交叉的研究热点。本文结合基本膜计算方法论提出一种新型带有生化反应速率的膜计算方法。该方法对膜系统中的不同膜赋予不同的生化反应速率,用以描述生物膜系统中不同反应条件下所需要的不同生化反应时间,克服了基本膜计算方法盲目无约束并发的缺点,使膜计算方法得以实际应用。最后应用该方法分析欧洲列车控制系统(ETCS)在移动闭塞区间条件下无线通信系统的可靠性,以验证该方法的可行性。

Abstract:As a new branch of natural computing,membrane computing is a hot cross-discipline topic,which involves computer science,mathematics,biology and artificial intelligence.A novel membrane computing method with biochemistry reaction rates is proposed in this paper,in which the basic membrane computing method is adopted as formal theory bases.The method gives different biochemistry reaction rates to different membranes of the membrane system to describe varied biochemistry reaction time required under different reaction conditions.The method conquers the shortcoming of blind unconstrained concurrency in the basic membrane computing method,thus facilitating application of the membrane computing method in practice.As an example,we have a closer look at the reliability of the communication system in moving-block operation of the Europe Train Control System(ETCS) with this novel method.
