铁路网车流径路优化模型及算法研究

摘    要:分析目前铁路网车流径路存在的问题,提出路网车流径路综合最优的含义,对路网进行数学描述;分别以运输时间最少、运输距离最短、运输成本最低为目标建立多目标0-1规划模型;采用线性加权和法将多目标0-1规划转化为单目标问题进行求解,利用专家打分法获得合理的权系数,设计并采用阻尼系数法约束线路能力,在此条件下对路网车流径路模型及算法进行分析,提出求解的方法步骤;最后运用本文模型和算法,以我国铁路网为背景,通过改变阻尼系数调整线路流量,实现宝中线和宝兰线的车流径路调整,验证了本文模型及算法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper analyzes current problems of train flow paths of the railway network in our country,explains the meanings of optimizing train flow paths,and describes the railway network by mathematics.The 0-1 programming model is built with multiple-objectives of the shortest transport time and distance and the lowest transport cost.The linear weighted summation method is adopted to transform the multi-objective 0-1 program to the simple-objective program.The expert marking method is used to get appropriate weighted coefficients.The damp coefficients method is taken to restrict line capacity.Under the above-mentioned conditions,the train flow path model of the railway network and the algorithms are analyzed and the solution steps are illustrated.The train flows on the Baozhong and Baolan Lines are adjusted through changing damp coefficients against the background of the whole railway network to realize adjustment of train flow paths.This verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
