| 摘 要： | 分析了铁路站段和高等院校校企融合共建电务共享实训实验基地的必要性和可行性;总结了株洲共享实训实验一体化基地项目建设实践的总体思路、功能设计和设备布局,以及基地初步建成后的运用情况等;反思了存在的问题,并提出了未来发展建议。

| Abstract: | The necessity and feasibility of training and experiment base sharing driven by the cooperation between the railway enterprises at station and section level and colleges are analyzed.The general guidelines,functional design and facility layout of Zhuzhou integrated training and experiment base are summarized and the operation of the base after its completion is introduced.The reflection on existing problems is given and some suggestions on future development are put forward. |
