| Abstract: | The paper described the general method of establishing the project schedule based on the Work Breakdown Structure.Furthermore,the author analyze how to use the method of Earned Value Analysis to measure the deviation of project schedule and proposed a specific program to effectively control the negative deviation detected in schedule monitoring. |
