浅谈VoIP业务原理及管控手段

VoIP技术广泛应用,造成电信运营商话费收入减少,特别是国际长途话费,应该通过技术手段控制虚拟VoIP电话系统。为此,分析VoIP话务的媒体特征和信令特征,取得相应的通话信息,为限制提供参考信息,基于这个信息可以从媒体和信令的角度对VoIP电话进行控制。

Discussion on VoIP Service Principles and Control Method

Due to widely used virtual VoIP phone technology,the telecom operators ＇ revenues,particularly the revenue in international long distance calls,have been decreased sharply.To address this problem,the author proposed to obtain call information to impose limitations on VoIP calls through analyzing the media features and signaling characteristics of VoIP telephone traffic so as to control VoIP calls via media or signaling.
