铁路大功率LED信号灯散热结构设计

摘    要:针对铁路大功率LED信号灯小型化、高可靠性的要求,提出一种高效的散热结构设计,采用较小的空间散热结构,将光源的热能有效地传导至外部环境,确保光源的可靠性及使用寿命.本文给出了详细的热阻计算分析过程及主要结构设计图,并利用大功率LED信号灯高温环境下的点灯试验进行验证.试验结果表明,新设计的散热结构具有空间利用率高、散热效果好等特点.

Abstract:Aimed at the miniaturization and high reliability requirement of high-power LED signal for railway,an efficient heat dissipation structure is designed,which can spread the heat from the light source into the outer air via a compact radiator,thus ensuring the reliability and service lifetime of the LED signal.The calculation and analysis process of thermal resistance is presented together with its primary structural layout.A lighting experiment at high temperatures is conducted and the results show that the design of heat dissipation structure features efficient utilization of space and good effects of heat dissipation.
