Research and Application of LCC Estimation Method for Rail Transit Signal Control System

Starting from the concept of product life cycle cost,the characteristics and cost composition of life cycle of the signal control system for rail transit is described and a LCC estimation method of the signal control system for rail transit is given from the perspective of enterprises.Using the cost management information system for enterprise project,the statistics is made on product LCC's sub-item data and a normalized estimation is further conducted and iterated periodically with financial data.Then the standardized implementation is analyzed and evaluated.Finally,an improvement proposal on product LCC can be achieved,which provides an important refer^ence for the company in making strategic decision.
