| Abstract: | This article explored how basic units strengthen their workshop after railroad readjusting the layout its productive forces and railroad bureau flattening administrative levels. Through analyzing the situation of workshop management, it proposed the idea and main procedure. Meanwhile, it further initiated pondering over how to strengthen workshop and made a prospect of the future. |
