摘    要:清华园隧道某区间采用泥水盾构穿越粉质黏土及砂卵石地层,是全线典型质构法施工隧道.总结清华园隧道盾构始发的经验,对其掘进参数及反力架等工程构件布置进行研究,并采用有限元软件对反力架进行静强度分析计算.研究表明:(1)盾构机在粉质黏土及砂卵石地层中掘进时,反力架最大应力为270 MPa,最大静挠度为7.77 mm;(2)掘...

Abstract:The Tsinghuayuan Tunnel passes through silty clay and sandy cobble stratum by slurry shield,which is the only tunnel with shield method for the project.This paper summarized the experience of shield launching of Tsinghuayuan tunnel,which was of guiding significance for the control of driving parameters of slurry shield in silty clay and sandy pebble stratum.When shield tunneling in silty clay and sandy cobble stratum,the force of reaction frame of starting part should be considered.Static strength analysis and calculation should be carried out for reaction frame of three wells.In order to study the control problem of large-diameter slurry shield launching,this paper collected the excavation parameters of Tsinghua garden tunnel,used the finite element software to carry out some static strength analysis and calculation on the reaction frame,and obtained the conclusion about the size order of the reaction frame at each position,such as the beam and vertical beam,etc.During the launching part,the empirical data of tunneling parameters such as slurry pressure in the project were summarized.It is found that the control parameters of driving parameters are cutting amount and overflow water.
