| 摘 要： | 建设铁路应急监测预警信息共享系统,可以解决铁路应急系统对不同来源预警信息的共享需求.分析铁路应急系统需要共享的预警信息及其来源,对信息的特点,采用服务方式进行共享.构建面向服务的铁路应急预警信息共享系统的逻辑框架,主要功能及实现关键技术.在铁路应急模拟实验室,搭建信息共享系统原型,实现铁路应急平台共享预警信息的需求.

| Abstract: | Construction of the Railway Emergency Pre-alarm Information-sharing System, which could solve the need for pre-alarm information sharing from Different Systems. First the sharing pre-alarm information and sources need by the Railway Emergency System were analyzed and according to the information characters, designed the Service-oriented Sharing System. The logical framework of the Railway Emergency Service-oriented Pre-alarm information-sharing System was constructed, the main functions and key technologies of Information-sharing System were described. Finally, in the railway emergency lab, the pre-alarm information sharing was realized through information-sharing System for the Emergency System. |
