摘    要:我国高铁300 km/h的线路上列车通过分相区使用ATP进行控制,而200 km/h线路通过分相区未使用ATP控制.为提高200 km/h线路列车通过分相区的安全性,结合现有的自动过分相应用现状,深入研究车载规范关于过分相控制功能的规定,提出基于CTCS2-200C型ATP车载设备实现过分相控制功能的技术方案.

Abstract:On today's 300km/h high speed lines, passing through of neutral section function was provided by ATP control. While on 200km/h lines, no such ATP function was available. In order to improve the safetyoperation of train passing through neutral section, this paper performed detailed studies on regulations of onboard equipment referring to control functions of passing through neutral section, and taken into considerationof existing automatic power control applications, proposed a technical condition of CTCS2-200C type onboard ATP equipment to implement control of passing through neutral section.
