摘    要:摘用:本文简述轨道交通安全门系统门机控制单元的组成与功能,并针对该功能需求提出了门机控制单元软件和硬件设计方案.依据门控单元电气原理,设计和加工了安全门的门机控制单元的原理样机,以单门净开度为950mm的安全门作为实验平台进行试验验证,结果表明安全门门控单元运行效果良好,精度较高,安全符合设计要求,为安全门的工程化实现奠定基础.

Abstract:This paper described the structure and the function of the door control unit(DCU) of Platform Screen Door System, put forward the software and hardware design scheme based on the function requirements. On the basis of the electrical principle of door control unit, the principle prototype of DCU was designed and processed. With a net opening 950 mm as experimental verification experiment platform to platform screen door, results showed that the DCU running effect was good with high precision, and the safety was met the design requirements. It was laid a foundation for the engineering implementation of the door.
