摘    要:线网指挥中心综合信息平台是城市轨道交通网络化运营管理的主要技术保障系统.在分析城市轨道交通线网管理需求及特征的基础上,引入全生命周期管理的理念,提出了具有信息融合的开放式架构的综合信息平台框架和功能.探讨了信息共享机制、实时监控与GIS技术结合、多模式应答及设备报警趋势预测等关键技术.系统应用对网络化运营管理具有决策支持、安全保障和数据资源效益发挥的重要作用.

Abstract:The integrated information platform of Network Command Center was the main technical support system of network operation and management for Urban Transit.On the basis of analyzing the features of network management requirements,the paper introduced the idea of life cycle management and put forward the integrated information platform framework and function of open architecture with information fusion.Besides,it explored key technologies such as the mechanism of information sharing,real-time monitoring with GIS technology,multiple modes of response and device alarm trend prediction.Application showed that the System played an important role in decision support,security and resource efficiency of network operation and management.
