| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于C／S模式与B／S模式相结合的大型国有企业人力资源管理信息系统的功能以及设计开发方法，;研究并提出了采用这两种模式相结合的MIS开发平台的设计方法，通过对两种模式的比较，说明了为什么采用这种开发平台以及这种开发平台的特点。
