| 摘 要： | 针对我国铁路安全监督检查管理的现状,研究适合铁路交通安全综合评价的指标,建立3层评价指标体系.为提高安全评价结果的准确性,以交通事故信忽为依据,采用灰色关联分析法评判初始指标权重的有效性.在属性集和属性测度理论基础上,提出基于属性数学的铁路交通安全综合评价方法和模型,按照所建立的指标体系,由低到高逐层计算属性测度,根据属性判别准则,确定该评价对象最终结果.利用铁路安全监督管理信息系统收集的实际业务数据,对某路局一段时间的安全状况进行判别,验证了所建立的属性数学评价模型的可行性、适用性及可操作性.
