摘    要:为解决高速铁路列车自动防护(ATP,Automatic Train Protection)系统车载设备故障定位困难、人工检查任务繁重等问题,研制高速铁路ATP车载设备健康状态监测及智能诊断系统。该系统由轨旁检测设备、车载诊断记录单元和地面维护中心设备构成。车载诊断记录单元自动采集ATP车载设备各单元应用软件的日志数据及关键部件电气特征数据,并通过车–地无线传输通道将数据传输至地面维护中心;轨旁检测设备根据不同车型,准确地采集动车组车外ATP车载设备的图像及安装测量数据。该系统能够自动识别ATP车载设备的外观缺陷和安装异常,提供ATP车载设备健康状态监测和故障分析诊断功能,有助于提高ATP车载设备维护效率。

Abstract:To cope with the difficulty in fault location and burdensome periodic manual inspection of the on-board ATP equipment for high-speed railway, a health status monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for the equipment is developed. This system consists of the trackside detection equipment, the on-board diagnosis and recording unit and the ground maintenance center equipment. The on-board diagnosis and recording unit can automatically collect the log data of the application software of each unit of the ATP on-board equipment and the electrical characteristics data of key components and transmit the data to the ground maintenance center via train-ground wireless transmission channel. The trackside detection equipment can accurately collect the images and installation measurement data of the on-board ATP equipment installed on the outside of the EMU train according to EMU type. This system can recognize the surface defects and abnormal installation of the on-board ATP equipment automatically and provide health status monitoring and fault analysis of the on-board ATP equipment, which is helpful to improve the maintenance efficiency of on-board ATP equipment .
