| 摘 要： | 随着新一代信息技术的快速发展，中国铁路运输调度管理系统已逐步向智能化阶段迈进。文章阐述了智能运输调度管理系统在智能铁路建设中的重要性，总结了国外智能铁路运输调度研究与应用现状。在此基础上，分析了现阶段我国铁路运输调度存在的问题，并提出了铁路智能运输调度管理系统架构及实施策略，以建设高安全、高效率、高效益、优服务的智能运输调度管理系统。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, China's railway transportation dispatching management system has gradually moved towards the intelligent stage. This paper expounded the importance of intelligent transportation dispatching management system in intelligent railway construction, and summarized the research and application status of intelligent railway transportation dispatching abroad. On this basis, the paper analyzed the problems existing in China's railway transportation dispatching at the present stage, and put forward the architecture and implementation strategy of railway intelligent transportation dispatching management system to build an intelligent transportation dispatching management system with high security, high efficiency, high benefit and excellent service. |
