铁路企业智能问询平台关键技术研究

摘    要:铁路企业现有的规章制度和工作审批流程存在很多理解和执行方面的问题,在一定程度上影响了工作效率和服务质量,也增加了管理部门人员工作量和物力的投入。如何改善铁路企业内部管理部门与业务部门的沟通机制是目前亟需解决的问题。通过研究智能语义语音分析模型,并利用该技术构建了一套高可配置及高可扩展性的新型智能问询平台,通过Web、App等各类渠道,集中管理制度,统一问询出口,有效地节约管理部门人力成本,快速响应问询,实现全时段服务,增强企业效能,提高员工工作效率。

Key technologies of intelligent inquiry platform for railway enterprises

Abstract:There are many problems in understanding and implementing the existing rules and regulations and work approval process of railway enterprises, which not only affect the work efficiency and service quality to a certain extent, but also increase the workload and material resources of management departments. How to improve the communication mechanism between internal management departments and business departments of railway enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. By studying the intelligent semantic speech analysis model and using this technology, this paper constructed a new intelligent inquiry platform with high configurability and high scalability. Through various channels such as Web and App, the centralized management system and unified inquiry exit could effectively save the manpower cost of the management department, quickly respond to inquiries, implement full-time service and enhance the efficiency of the enterprise, improve staff efficiency.
